Christmas Party

Christmas party has been decided by the following committee members: Carol Harris, Leah Lutheran, Linda Boland, Jean Peter, and Linda Nixon.

Christmas party will be December 5,2008.  Social Hour starts at 6:30 PM with the meal at 7:00 PM.

We will have a choice of:

Prime Rib, baked potato, and Corn for $13.95   OR

3 Pc. Broasted Chicken, baked potato, and corn for $10.95  OR

Salmon w/ cheese sauce, baked potato and corn for: 11.95.

These meals include salad bar.

The club will provide the dessert, cheese cakes.

WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT FOOD ITEM YOU WISH TO ORDER AT  THE NOVEMBER MEETING.

We have decided to change up the “entertainment” part of the Christmas party.  Because of comments and suggestions for a change,  we will not have a GIFT  exchange, but we will have a White elephant Ornament  Story.   This means that you will bring an ornament; it can be new, old, glass, or handmade;  there is no theme so there will be a wide variety of ornaments.  The story part involves a Story…..  when you come in you will keep your wrapped  Ornament, then after dinner we will read a story that has directions in it.  When you hear the direction, you will pass your ornament in that direction.  After the story we will all open the ornament to see what we got!!!  This should be an extremely fun way to end the Christmas party.!

If you have any questions, we hope to be able to answer them at the November meeting.
