Scott
called the meeting to order at Wild Buffalo Wings with 16 members present.
Treasurer’s
report was $1,064.87. It is time to
audit the checkbook. Richard and Joe
volunteered to do this. The tax report
is due and Steve will file this.
Scott
announced that he put the Thank You’s from our
Christmas donations on the website so everyone can read them.

Mustang Magazine has the Sturgis Rally pictured and reported on pages 6-8. Frank thinks that the Rally may become a MCA
event.
It
was announce the 2012 Sturgis Mustang Rally and the MCA Grand National are the
same weekend.
Dale
announced he knows of someone looking for a 1970 Boss. Please contact him if you have any
information.
Counts
Car Show is Feb 17-19. The Club decided
not to enter as a group this year due to very little interest. Interested members can still enter as
individuals. If you wish, please see Scott
as he has all the information.
Yes,
we will have a car show this year and we want to hold it at Wilson Park. The show will be Saturday, July 21.
Joe informed the Club that he wants to retire from coordinating the
show. If anyone would like to take the coordinator’s job, please see either Joe
or Scott.? Also, we are taking
volunteers. There is a checklist and we
could possibly put names by each activity and they will take care of that
part. Leah talked about also having a
craft fair in conjunction with the car show.
She would be happy to coordinate the project.
