Scott called the meeting to order at the Sports Buzz with 27 members present.
Linda gave the treasurer’s report at $981.82 plus a deposit that needed to be done. It was announced that all officers need to sign the signature card.
Scott ordered and received 200 pens for advertising at a total price of $166. He also ordered business cards – 1,000 for $47.
Leah discussed the jackets and/or vests. She handed out order forms and return to her at the next meeting. These need to be paid for at the time of the order.
Scott put together a list of Club activities and events. (See end of newsletter).
The Counts Car Show is in March – entries will be Scott, Dale, Joe, Jim and Richard.
Frank gave basic information on the Sturgis Mustang Rally.
The Rapid Mustang & Ford Club Car Show will be Sat July 17. We need a new club banner and a motion made and passed to purchase one between $150 - $175. A motion made and passed for entry fees to be $15 for 1 car, $25 for 2 cars, and each additional car is $10.
The meeting ended with a 50/50 fundraiser. There is a possibility this fundraiser will be at each meeting.
