The
meeting was held at the Elks Club with 28 in attendance. This was a combination meeting and Christmas
party.
Scott
called the meeting to order and announced the balance in the checking account
as $1,019.18.
The
Counts Car Show is in February and Scott asked if anyone was interested in
registering, at this time there is no one.
Scott does have the information and if you are interested please contact
him.
Follow-up
on the donations that we made:
To Girls Club – 25 girls will be helped
Toys for Tots – 10 gifts
Elder Tree – 2 gentlemen were helped with
gloves, hats, sweatshirts, etc.
Thank you Linda and Carol for volunteering for
doing this service!
A Bylaw amendment addition had been submitted
for consideration. After much discussion
a vote was taken on the amendment. There
were 12 yes votes and 5 no votes. The amendment
passed.
It is time to pay your dues - $18 per year. If you pay at the December meeting, they are
only $10.
Election of Officers – election was held, the
officers stayed the same. Leah praised
the officers for all the work they do!
Discussion was held about possibly donating
cans or money to the Food Bank. A motion was made to donate money. Motion carried.
Kevin thanked the Club for the Club paying
his membership dues as a thank you for all the work he does in getting door
prizes for the annual car show.

NEXT MEETING will be January 11, 2012, at the Wild Buffalo Wings
located at Baken Park (W Main and Mt
View). Social hour is at 6:00 and the
meeting starts at 6:30PM.
The Christmas Party was a lot of fun – the
food was good, the visiting was great, the gifts were interesting! Thank you Linda and Carol for doing a
wonderful job with this! Thank you to
the Club for purchasing the desserts!
